Please note that when purchasing an online training course, you must actively agree to waive your right of withdrawal when logging in to the online learning platform for the first time.To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (SAFETY Training Plus GmbH Zweigniederlassung Deutschland, Ernst-Reuter Stra\u00dfe 5, 84489 Burghausen, Germany, Germany, telephone number: +49 8677 914990, e-mail address: info@safetytrainingplus.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by e-mail or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, which is not mandatory..To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the cancellation period.\r\n<\/div>

Consequences of withdrawal<\/h2>
\r\nIf you revoke this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract.
