Description
Our online training course “CTU Code + Load Securing” provides you with the necessary basic knowledge for the safe loading of any goods, both for road transport and in containers for maritime transport.
Worldwide, a large proportion of all accidents and the resulting damage is due to improperly secured loads (e.g. due to a lack of load securing equipment, no lashing, etc.). Load securing therefore protects people, goods and the environment.
In this course you will learn the most important elements for correct load securing in transport vehicles on the road as well as the special features of securing in containers for shipping. You will also learn more about the CTU Code. CTU stands for Cargo Transport Unit and is the guideline for packing transport units, e.g. containers.
Legal basis
The instruction takes place according to VDI 2700ff and CTU Code.
Target group
All persons who load goods for transportation by road or sea (containers). Previous knowledge is not necessary.
